REGISTRATION FOR THE 2025-2026 FAITH FORMATION YEAR will take place on Wednesday August 20 and Wednesday August 27 from 6:00pm-7:30pm in Mullally Hall.

• Registration is In-Person only and will be held only on these two dates.
• Classes meet on Wednesday evenings from 6:15pm-8:00pm in Mullally Hall (Please note: Families registering children and youth in Faith Formation and Sacramental Preparation programs must be registered and active parishioners of the Basilica of St. Paul Catholic Church.)

This Open House and Registration is for:

- Faith Formation for children in pre-K4-6th Grade who are home schooled or attend public school

- First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion Sacramental Preparation for children who are home schooled or attend public school

- 7th grade students for Confirmation I

- 8th grade and high school students for Confirmation II

Please be sure to bring a copy of your child’s birth certificate and baptismal certificate to the Registration on August 20 or August 27.

Registration Fees are as follows:

• Faith Formation prek-4-6 grade $25/student
• First Reconciliation/Holy Communion $25/student
• Confirmation I and II $50/student

(Please note: if your child attends 7th or 8th grades at the Basilica School, this fee was already processed as part of your child’s tuition. Registration fees are due at the time of registration and may be paid by cash or check made out to the Basilica of St. Paul)

You may download and complete the registration, image release form and medical waiver forms in advance and bring them with you to the Registration Open House.
